You Must Protect Your Qi

This week on Qi Gets the Point

Qi is Energy and according to Einstein, "Everything is made up of and radiates energy"

Qi then is everything, our life force, and it effects all areas of our lives, including, but not limited to: relationships, our emotions, our physical and mental health, our digestion, our movement, our sleep... just "all the things"

So, if we want to create or sustain an awesome quality of life, we must protect our qi.
