Hey friend, nice to meet you!

I’m Dianne

................

Before I share a little bit about my personal street cred, I was wondering about you. I have a few questions for you…

If you stopped for one second and thought about your life, does it feel like a blur? Do you feel like you’ve been sooo busy that you’re actually missing the moments in your own life—the meaningful moments that actually ARE your life? Or do you feel like you are simply running on a hamster wheel, trying to find the end of your to-do list? If you can relate, girl, I feel ya! And that’s why I’m here, right here, right now, with you. Let me explain…

In the summer of 2021, I was chatting with a good friend, and we were talking about dating. We are both in our 50s and single, and she talked about a concept called slow dating. And I thought that was interesting, and when I was taking a walk the next day I was really contemplating this idea and it really just hit me! Slow dating…what about slow living? It was that moment that I literally stopped in my tracks and I thought, “Is that a thing? It must be a thing.”

Turns out, slow living is, in fact, a thing. I see many people discussing this in one area of their lives or another. But because I strongly believe in a holistic approach to living, and I believe how you do one thing is how you do everything, I wanted to incorporate slow living into my life in ALL areas. Fast forward about 6 months or so, Slow Living Essentials was born, and you and I get to meet!!

Now, here’s a little bit about my background and, as I like to call it, “street cred”:

I have been in the holistic wellness space for over 23 years, 20 of those years as a licensed acupuncturist with a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese medicine. I also became a certified holistic health coach in 2010, and a Diamond ranked dōTERRA Wellness Advocate educating people on how to therapeutically use essential oil plant medicine. I studied essential oils within the framework of Chinese medicine and created an online program that teaches you how to use oils on acupuncture points. And, of course, my passion now is to help you master your meaningful moments to make the most of your precious life.

Together, we are going to make Slow Simple. Take your first steps on the Slow Made Simple Journey here.

And remember to stop and savor; make your moments matter.

Much love,

Dianne
