Hi, I’m Dianne. For over 25 years, I’ve been helping women transform their health and reclaim their confidence as a licensed acupuncturist, certified holistic health coach, and menopause advocate. But my real passion for this work started with my own story.
In my late 40s, I felt like my body was betraying me. Brain fog clouded my thinking, heart palpitations disrupted my peace, and even a comment from my yoga instructor about my “old lady body” left me questioning everything. I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and unsure where to turn.
But I refused to accept that this was my “new normal.”
I leaned into my expertise, explored new strategies, and began embracing the changes happening in my life. By making small but intentional changes to my habits and mindset, I completely transformed my experience. Today, I’m more energized, confident, and aligned than ever before. I even moved to a new country and started living boldly in ways I never thought possible—all during menopause!
